Vizions by Zalando
Europe’s Platform Conference
As Zalando further cements its position as Europe’s leading online fashion platform, it became time to set up their first B2B conference Vizions by Zalando. The one-day event is the first of its kind in Europe. It gave global business and technology leaders the stage to discuss and network around the key topics that are currently shaping the discussion on platforms as an emerging business model. The conference took place on April 20th 2017 at Kraftwerk in Berlin.
We took over the guest management to make sure the conference was packed with the right audience. After extensive research on relevant representatives of suitable tech companies, startups, corporations, VCs and accelerators, and the world of politics and academia as well as tech influencers, we invited them through targeted email campaigns and personal emails. We set up the ticket sales via Eventbrite, kept track of registrations and their demographics, helped interested participants with any concerns regarding the registration process and supported Zalando with the entry management on-site.
Additionally, we negotiated and closed media partnerships with national and international media outlets like T3N, Wired or Tech.eu among others, and community partnerships with companies like Unbounce or Coworking Spaces like Mindspace to spread the word even further.
